I feel like pap now though and I'm in a lot of pain. However, it was a satisfying result after weeks of training!

Other good things to happen today were, Red Hot Buffet (which we gained for £12 instead of the expecting £15) and Chris arriving back in Nottingham, and not being pissed off his room wasn't glossed!

Anyway, Lee and Chris have decided to come to the Isle of Man with me for a few days tomorrow, which will be interesting and hopefully a thoroughly enjoyable trip. The new Reuben album is out too, so I have a reason to get up early.

I expect it to rock. And will listen to it on the Van journey to Liverpool. My legs hurt, and so does my gut. But look at me, I'm a winner - and you can't argue with that!
